I purchased the HT-275 version of this (not from Sharper Image, obviously,) which also includes a width adjustment for the calf/foot massage. This chair is magic. It's attractive, quiet, and has a host of programmable options. The stretch feature alone is worth the price of admission. It has lumbar heat, full-recline, various combinations of massage methods, and users are able to target specific muscle groups. If you just want the chair to take over, it has four pre-programs that cycle through and roll along your entire back and neck.
As the delivery crew said of it: "This right here's the Rolls Royce of massage chairs."
I believe it.

Do not buy from this seller!!! The chair arrived with a slightly bent leg massage piece and a non-operating motor for the leg massage raiser. The seller told me to deal with the manufacturer direct and try to "fix" the problem. He told me that it's "not their problem since they don't inspect the items before they ship from the manufacturer"......what a joke
